Puerto Rico Art Domino Players wood carving talla de madera Neftale Negron
This 5-piece set of domino players was carved in wood in the early 1980’s by Neftale Negron Marrero. It is in very good condition, no cracks or chipping. The paint is bright and even. The pieces are beautifully crafted with much detail. Each domingo player has a distinctive pose and facial expression -See Photos. Three of the players are moveable. Negron, the son, signed his name and address on the bottom of the base -See photo. Measurements: Each figure measures at least 4 1/2 inches High. The square base measures 5/8 of an inch thick and 8 1/2 inches Wide. The Players and base measure 5 3/8 inches High. This item is in the category “Art\Art Sculptures”.
