Set of 6 Carved Red Antique Chinese Asian Architectural Doors 19 x 85 each

This Beautiful and intricately carved set of restored antique architectural courtyard doors would make an outstanding wall treatment for a home, a restaurant or an office. Each door is divided into 6 panels. The smaller top and bottom panel are flat raised panels. The small center panel each have relief carvings of floral and foliage. The larger upper panels are each carved with intricate pierced carvings of various birds and flowers. The bottom panels each have a round relief carvings of deer, rabbits and Fu Dogs, with some other small carving around the circle. The red finish is not original to the doors, but the look and feel is wonderful. Many times with antique doors of this style the old paint has been removed, and unfortunately a lot of the carving detail is lost in the stripping process. The decision to paint the doors means the fantastic carved details are left mostly intact. Due to the age of the doors and differences in the climates, there may be some shrinkage cracks and slight warping. Architectural doors like this are getting very difficult, if not impossible to find.
