Vintage Pennsylvania Dutch Folk Art by Ben F. Hoover Whittled Colorful Bird Hand Painted Bird. 5″h x 4″w x 2d. This Old Order Orthodox Mennonite pair employed traditional designs and repurposed everyday items to create beautiful depictions of nature and scenes of their simple life. The bulk of the collection was created from the late 1970’s-1990’s. Sadly, the two both passed away within months of each other.
