LARGE antique 1800s carved wood folk art Santos Saint Francis Assisi sculpture
Up for sale is a very large antique 19th century hand carved wooden religious Santos sculpture depicting Saint Francis of Assisi. It’s carved with lovely folk art style detailing out of a solid piece of wood and has acquired a wonderful patina from age. Saint Francis is depicted with a dove in hand and stands on a circular wooden plinth. It’s in great antique condition and displays wonderfully measuring 19 3/4 inches tall by 6 inches wide.
