Wood Landscape Relief Carving Peaceful Tranquility Artwork

This Wood Landscape Relief Carving titled “Peaceful Tranquility” is a handmade piece crafted in the United States. The intricate details and natural beauty of the landscape depicted in the carving evoke a sense of calm and serenity, making it a perfect addition to any home décor or accent. This piece is unique, one of a kind, and carefully crafted with attention to detail, making it a special and meaningful addition to any space. The brief story behind my creation is as follows: My father was a very simple and loving man. My father worked his tail of to provide everything he could. One thing he never had, and truly loved and appreciated was an evergreen tree. Sounds pretty simple and petty, I know, but he loved those trees and the sound of the wind blowing through them. He finally received one and babied it for years. Unfortunately, he passed very quickly and unexpectedly. The location of his burial site is under several beautiful evergreen trees that whistle in the wind. Not long after his passing, his tree passed. It was as if the tree transferred itself to where my father rests. I hated to cut it down, but while doing so, I could see beauty in it, thus repurposing as much of it as I could. I have made many different pieces from that tree, and to me, it lives on forever. This piece measures 28 inches long, 8 inches tall, and 3 1/4 inches deep. It weighs 7 pounds. It looks wonderful as a centerpiece, on a mantle, or in a rustic setting such as a man cave or cabin.
