Very nice absurd piece titled Emily Dickinson’s Portable Weathervane. Looks to be in excellent original condition. EMILY DICKINSON’S PORTABLE WEATHERVANE crafted by Whydah Doodat, distinguished inventor, artist, and horticulturist. For an account of how deeply she loved this rare object, see her letters to Lucretia Guppy. Remarkably preserved thanks to Boston’s Museum of Nicely Crafted Objects (directed by Forbes Pennyfarthing III). Please note, not an actual weathervane of Dickinson’s, but a really cool piece of folk art intended to hang on the wall.
