This cat Sculpture was carved with a chainsaw from a white pine log. The dimensions are roughly: 21″ tall and 8″ by 8 wide/thick. It can be kept indoors, or outdoors, but if kept outdoors it should be kept under a covered porch and out of the elements. Do not place the carving in direct sunlight as the excessive heat and harsh UV lights are very hard on wood carvings. As can be seen in the photos, the carving does have some cracks in it including a rather large one on the side of the base. Cracking is a natural and common occurrence in wood. As the carving ages some more cracking may occur. Please understand this before purchasing.
