Vintage Hand Carved Folk / Outsider Art Brown Bear Sculpture Signed Melfi 1985
Nicely stylized, original, brown bear carving by Ohio folk / outsider artist Melfi. Overall very good vintage condition. No significant defects to note. No chips, cracks or repairs. Please enlarge and inspect photos closely to get the best sense for the item’s condition. The last photo shows a collection of works by the artist of this work, Melfi. I acquired all these pieces at the same time and they are all by the same artist. These works span several decades over the artist’s career, with the earliest pieces dating from the 1980s. Again, this listing includes only the bear and not any other works shown in the last photo. But all of those works are currently available for sale. Please message with any questions.
