Vintage P Wells Trees of Mystery Souvenir Wood Carving Face Forest Spirit Folk
Vintage circa 1980s (1983) hand carved wooden forest spirit by P Wells. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER Seen one this nice in my entire life. Love how the mustache continues along the grains of the wood. Appears to be from Trees of Mystery in Klamath, California. 12″ x 9″ measure as shown in the pictures. This is an EXTREMELY solid and beautiful piece. The sculpture is autographed by the artist and was made in the United States. The subject of the sculpture is a forest spirit with a folk art style.
