This original one of a kind carving was made using a rescued piece of Oak. The wood in my carvings has been responsibly reclaimed or freely given by mother nature. The carving measures 8 3/4″ long x 2 1/2″ wide This piece has a small hole drilled in the back. It can be hung with a small nail or tack. After carving I seal all my work with multiple coats of lacquer, and shade the recesses with an oil wash. I sign and date all my work with the year in which they are produced. Give your wood spirit a good home indoors and you will be able to enjoy it for a lifetime. Give the gift of art this year. Thank you for looking.
