An outstanding Chinese Antique small Scholars table stand. The huanghuali wood with floating rectangular top. With a carved scroll frieze and scroll carved brackets. Raised on short foliate carved feet. The wood with its original beautiful rich red brown patina. With one’ ghost face’ image to side of table. Size; 6 inches high (15 cm). 10 inches wide (25.5 cm). 1/2 inches long (39.5 cm). Weight; 2.15 Kg. Condition; Superb, unbleached by the sun, a few small scuffs. And marks, a few small shrinkage lines to pierced decoration. No other damage or repairs. Circa; 19th Century, Qing. Please see photo for a table of the same design. Please see my other listings.
