ARNOLD AUSTAD 20TH CENTURY SCULPTURE, TWO NEPHRITE STONE CARVINGS, MOUNTED ON A WOOD BASE. I believe these are whales carved from nephrite. Nice condition, few light scuffs on top of wood base, see pics. Whales measure: at their longest and widest points approximately 6×3 and 5×2 inches and both whales are approximately 1″ thick at whale head and taper down to 1/32″. Wood Base measures approximately 7x4x3.5 inches. Sculpture Stands approximately 8 inches tall. Sculpture weighs approximately 2 pounds 3 ounces.
