Vintage Stunning Wood Wall Décor Carving by Artis Glenn McCune!! Glenn McCune of willows, CA, retired from the U. Forest Service in 1984 and began carving for 30 years til his death in 2017. Although he did not consider himself a portrait artist, he would do special orders including portraits if asked. This is an incredible carving. It measures 15-1/4″ wide x 118-1/4″ tall x 1-3/4 in depth. The carving is of a older adult with a bandana with a flower. The person is looking upward with an intensity and serenity about it, making us wonder what they are seeing. The carving has some blemishes and imperfections, mainly around the edges. Some of it looks to be specs of paint. It weighs 7.8lbs. Please review the pictures for full details. It is truly an amazing piece from such a gifted artist. There is no original box.
