I started drawing at an early age and loved putting my thoughts and feelings into visible form. I have studied art through a correspondence course, books and experience. I started carving wood in 1997 and combined my love. For painting and wood together. And have added antler carving to my resources. I grew up spending a lot of time out doors, fishing, hunting and exploring the fields, woods and streams. My Dad taught me about flora and fauna, hunting, trapping, fishing and we all as a family loved walks in the woods, it was good, he also took me to Grams farm and when I was old enough to help, he put me to work. My Gram was a Godly Christian women, I loved Grams cooking, all homemade, miss her loving, kind way. And enjoy getting out on a quiet stream to fish and listen to the stream and wood life. I also catch and release most if not all the fish I catch. My favorite subject is the Brook Trout. I enjoy fishing for this beautiful fish and spend as much time as I can a long side a cool wooded stream. I hope you enjoy my work, thank you.
