Rare Peru South America Wood Sculpture Mermaid Water Goddess. Mesmerizing wood sculpture by noted South American artist, Peruvian Edilberto Guerrero. 17 inches in height, sculpted from one piece of gualtaco wood that was sustainably gathered from a downed tree. Very heavy with lovely grain. Looks fabulous no matter what angle it is viewed from. The lady is something of mermaid or water creature. A little bit of light chipping to tail, but really not important.
