Nothing has changed in my commitment to my customers or the quality of my carvings. This carving is hand carved from basswood and fully detailed by hand using a burning pen. Both the bird and the base are finished with acrylic paints. The feet are made from bronze and eyes are made from glass. The bird is life size. 4 1/2″ 5 1/2″ 1 3/4. A – from the top of the carving to the base. B – from the beak to the end of the tail. C – the widest part of the bird.
