Carved Wood Cherub Baroque Putti Angel Wooden Sculpture
A beautiful hand carved wood Cherub / Putti Sculpture. Depicted with curly hair and wings outstretched. French and dating from mid 1900s. Good vintage condition with appropriate signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Some old marks and flakes to paint, all in my opinion add to the charm of this fabulous sculpture. Would fit perfectly in an antique or contemporary interior design. Hang it on the wall, lay in flat or prop it up on a little brass stand as I have in the photograph.
